Skilled engineers and technicians produce dedicated software and tooling for the following applications: CNC machine programming, Design and manufacture of precision jigs and fixtures, Design and manufacture of precision optical tooling, The Production Engineering Department continuously reviews all the Company’s CNC and conventional machines against the technological and process developments in the fields of manufacturing activity. New equipment and facilities are purchased to ensure the integrity of the manufactured items and finished products.

The Mechanical Production Department produces all mechanical components for the Company’s products using precision Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) turning, milling and laser engraving machines, The machines are under the control of qualified supervisors and operators. The Mechanical Inspection Department uses advanced mechanical measuring equipment to ensure conformance of the parts to the manufacturing drawings and documentation and the prevailing international military standards.

The Optical Production Department produces all optical components for the Company’s products including lenses, mirrors, prisms, and optical filters. These are made in many different types of high quality optical glass and germanium, Operations include grinding, smoothing, polishing and precision finishing of optical components. The parts are also coated with thin film dielectric or mirror coating using an in-house vacuum deposition process. This offers protection and greatly improves the transmission or reflection of the component.

The Electronic Production Department manufactures 'populated' electronic cards used in equipment and advanced electronic devices such as Laser Range Finders and computers.
The department includes a team dedicated to the development of automatic test programs for electronic cards and the design of interfaces. The Inspection Department engineers and technicians examine the products according to international standards.

The Assembly Departments include optical, mechanical and electronic assembly. Assembly, adjustment and testing are carried out inside a controlled clean area. Day sights, night sights and various electro optical and electronic systems are assembled, aligned and tested using special-to-type precision test equipment, dark rooms and advanced optical benches.
Quality inspection is carried out at each assembly stage..

The Quality Assurance Department is responsible for ensuring that all the processes involved in the design, development, manufacture, test and inspection of all Company products and components (Optical, Mechanical, Electronic) in all of the production phases till the end product is in conformance with all Company procedures.
The company has been accredited ISO 9001 approval and has all the required procedures and work practices in place.
